Using 30 years of experience Chef Ten gained in working at restaurants in the UK, he wants to bring high quality Oriental cuisine as well as the Malaysian tastes of his childhood, all at reasonable prices.
Chef Ten began his culinary journey in Malaysia. His love of food came from his mother, and he worked at a food stall in his childhood. After many years, he started to hone his craft in making authentic Asian recipes, and brought the tastes of South-East Asia to the United Kingdom. His journey led him to cooking at several restaurants in London and eventually becoming a head chef. Three decades later, Chef Ten was determined to share his vision and passion for Oriental cuisine with the local community.
